Every now and then, I leave the country air and travel to the city to visit friends. Last night I had dinner at my friends in the city and this is what happened.
Sex in the City 101
The girl upstairs doesn’t ever leave her apartment…Once she was seen riding her bicycle and one of the neighbors overheard her talking on the phone with a foreign accent.
Night after night she walks her 2nd floor apartment to death, with what sounds like 8 inch stilettos.
Most common folks today, kick off their shoes at the front door.

The apartments are very old and the walls are paper thin…So most loud noises can be heard; the regular clanking of a pot, running water, flushing toilet.

So, as we were having dinner last night, her walking began…and then it would stop…then it would pick up again….
Then, our conversations stopped…we began laughing.
Working at home is not uncommon, in today’s world. So, when we first noticed her not leaving the apartment and packages coming and going, we assumed she must have an Ebay business.
Until last night….
